In 2009, Chef Maria Rossi left her position at a prestigious Michelin-starred restaurant with a vision that many called ambitious—to democratize fine dining by bringing it directly to people's celebrations.
"I realized that some of life's most meaningful moments happen outside restaurant walls," Chef Maria recalls. "Weddings, anniversaries, milestones—these deserve culinary experiences that match their significance."
What began in a modest 500-square-foot kitchen has evolved into a state-of-the-art culinary facility with over 50 dedicated team members, but our founding principle remains unchanged: exceptional food creates extraordinary memories.

The Beginning
Chef Maria Rossi founded DPolaDelisioz with a simple dream: to bring restaurant-quality cuisine to private events. Starting from a small kitchen, we catered our first wedding with just 50 guests.
